National Walking Month 2020

May is National Walking Month and with most of us now working from home, it is incredibly important that we keep active as our physical health has a big impact of how we are feeling emotionally and mentally.

Walking once a day, either on your own or with someone in your household, is a good way to support your mental and physical health whilst following the latest Government rules social distancing.
